How to eat burgers

Have you ever seen someone eating burger and you felt like throwing up ? yes ! Am sure you have. These tips will help everyone eat burgers comfortably and publicly without getting embarrassed.

1. Divide it : If you have access to cutleries, cut it  into 2 or 4 parts. It’s easier to pick up the smaller pieces and eat them comfortably instead of trying to squeeze a whole burger inside your tiny mouth.

2. Hold it Firmly : Pick up the burger and grip it on the sides with your two hands. Off course, your hands should be clean.

3. Don’t bite more than you can chew : Taking bites of food that are too large for the size of your mouth can actually cause damage to your jaw. Also since our jaw joints are already sensitive. If an item of food makes you open your mouth so widely that it causes discomfort or pain. Bite the little than your mouth can comfortably chew.

4. Chew Thoroughly for Weight Loss : Often times, people don’t chew their food enough before swallowing. We eat on the run, or we’re so hasty out of hunger that we rush through the entire process of enjoying the burger. Eventually, eating too quickly can become an unfortunate habit. Thorough chewing aids digestion and gives us a healthy weight.

5. Remember to chew with your mouths closed !
