Make french toast in 30mins !

French toast is a delicious breakfast that is very easy to make. Usually it is one of those “Happy Foods” that gets everyone exited especially during weekends or holidays. What makes french toasts really common is because you already have the basic ingredients in your kitchen.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

2 eggs
½ cup milk or half-and-half
½ teaspoon. vanilla extract (optional)
Cinnamon or nutmeg to taste (optional)
4 thick slices of day-old bread
1 tablespoon of butter


1. First, make sure you pre-heat oven to 200°F. After this, Beat eggs thoroughly. Whisk in sugar,  milk and vanilla.

2. Get a deep glass plate & pour your mixture into it then Heat your griddle to medium-low, and have your butter melt on it.

3. Put your bread in the mixture then place your soaked slices in your griddle. Allow it so heat up for 10 secs then flip over. You can do this again if you want it brown.

4. Serve French toast right away !

To enjoy a fancier breakfast, you can make a French toast sandwich buy simply adding grilled cheese or jam & cream cheese. You can also add some sliced fruits.
